ProPOSE download and installation

You will need to register to download the software.

ProPOSE molecule preparation requires AmberTools version 18 or higher.
The examples in the prep directory also require the PyMOL program version 2.0 or higher.

The environment variable PROPOSEHOME must be set to the ProPOSE installation directory
